You should contact NG's support* about this. If you think about it, there are several ways to prove your identity. Sch as adding both of your NG accounts from your YouTube Channel.
I don't know your entire situation, but there might be a good, easy way for you to get the access to your account back if you just 'talk' to somebody, rather than lament the loss. NG isn't one of those faceless corporate sites that don't care about their users... ;)
